The Woodlands was a development of six apartments and three beautiful houses.

We Commenced in Sept 2019 and finished the scheme in December 2020, clearly a COVID scheme but despite these challenges we didn’t let that stop us making excellent progress.  In addition, all properties were sold before completion within 10 days of being on the market

All the units sat comfortably in the corner of a quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac. The rear of the properties overlook the local park and give unspoilt views beyond. As with all the Carm Group developments the properties were built in a traditional brick, block, and cavity construction. the apartments all had solid concrete floors that allowed the installation fo under floor heating as did the ground floors of all the houses. This is a design feature that the Carm Group always choses, as it allows the homeowner to position their furniture against all the walls and so maximise the internal space. All the houses have outside space that allow the homeowners to enjoy the un interrupted views and space to entertain. The two ground floor units of the apartments also have this outside space, but all the apartments have access to outside space either in form of an enclosed balcony clad in cedar or gardens on the ground floor.

The internal spaces in both the homes and apartments are fitted to the highest standard and enjoy the luxury of designer German kitchens and fittings to match and seamless level boutique bathrooms with modern timeless tiling. All the units enjoy luxury designer Italian doors, and the overall scheme is picturesque in its style.

The scheme has modern materials mixed in effortlessly and are installed to give a very appealing traditional feel. Externally there is a large amount of parking, and the scheme sits comfortably in its space.
