Mulberry rise is a collection of 4 uber modern, high spec family homes. The houses are fully open plan on the ground floor and as with all our developments they are built using brick, block, and cavity construction. The ground floors are concrete and highly insulted and then we have sand and cement screeded over the under-floor heating, which allows the home owner to maximise the ground floor for family living. The aluminium bi-fold doors open out on to some outside space that will allow the family to celebrate the summer. The British made bespoke kitchens give a very modern feel to the downstairs and this is accented all the way through the design of these wonderful new homes.

On the two upper floors the houses are fitted out in the Carm Group high end materials that give a luxury feel to the houses and makes them feel like a very special home. Vaulting the ceilings in the upper floor has given the bedrooms at the top of the houses a super spacious feel.

The external superstructure of the houses has been constructed in some very bespoke bricks and gives the houses and very modern appearance.
