I am passionate about property and construction, in fact i would go so far as to say it is in my blood.
I am proud of who we are and what we do here at Carmgroup and we have taken our time to ensure that we understand the challenges that surround property development and delivering new homes, For me what could be better than building someone a new home,
I am part of a great team of individuals, and we all go that little bit extra. I bring a wealth of construction knowledge and experience to the team that keeps our projects on track and helps us deliver quality at every stage of each project.
I am as happy on site as I am in the board room, but giving someone the keys to their new home, well that really makes me happy.
Carol Robinson
I am as equally passionate about all things property as I am about putting our customers, and business partners first. The latter, a mantra that became part of my DNA as I trained and grew my corporate career of over twenty years. This mantra was the corner stone allowing me to progress and operate at senior and global level positions in the world of Chartered Accountancy, Finance and Banking.
Always the achiever who loves the numbers (the guys even laugh at the number of letters after my name ACA, AMCT, BA (Hons), BFP, IOEE), I soon realised my entrepreneurial drive to create and build wealth for others just couldn’t be squashed. Having built my own multimillion pound property portfolio, I have been able to serve a multitude of clients to help build their own wealth. As a result, I offer the team a diverse and unique blend of experience across global commercial finance to all things that are property related, even down to the colour of the cushions.
I pride myself on being able to provide corporate disciplines that can sit alongside the entrepreneurial flair we represent.

Richard Sellers
I qualified as an Architect at the age of 25 and promptly dreamt of building my own home. Since qualifying It’s been a challenging but fun journey where I have gained extensive experience across a range of different projects by working in a boutique Architectural Practice and a multi-national corporate in London. I have been lucky enough to work on some really interesting projects such as listed buildings, hospitals, and schools. I really love creating magical spaces for people and getting into the details and i ensure everyone else pays attention to the details too! I am a safe pair of hands, dependable, conscientious, and thorough, with a kind temperament, which seems to fit in well with the CARM groups “Can Do” attitude.
Alison Minty
Alison keeps the back office running like a well-oiled ship, we are lucky to have her as a steady hand on our accounts and payments. For those that know Alison, she is just a lovely person to work with and this comes across whenever you speak to her.
We always say at the Carm Group that we like to work and surround ourselves with likeminded people and Alison is just such person, but if you forget to upload your receipts, then expect a few calls!
